Introduction: We specialize in criminal defense, CDL and regular traffic tickets. We accept employment for the defense of adult state law violations from top to bottom. We do not accept engagement for juvenile cases. I don't have a reverse gear. I only know to analyze, find the weak points and destroy the State's case. We don't go into a case looking to settle. Settling is giving in. Our charge as your attorney is to win -- and that is what we intend to do. To do that successfully, we must know the criminal law, be good with evidence rules and the conduct of "voir dire," trial exam and cross examination; give a hard look at the case, the witnesses and the evidence the State will seek to martial against you. If enough of it is shown to be flawed, false, exaggerated or questionable, the State may move to dismiss. If they don't, all of that information is useful in trial.
