My roommate and I have been cleaning our place ourselves for the past 2 years but we're in need of a really good deep clean so I found this website and requested some quotes. I got 4 quotes within a day and silver water solutions offered the best quote with by far the best ratings. I have to admit, I was skeptical at first but after reading just a few of the many ratings decided to go with them. Mark was very responsive and the ladies that showed up went straight to work. Besides the tedious detailed dusting and standard cleaning they were faced with two challenging showers to clean and it was no match for them. The showers now look like new. We have a 3 story townhome, 3 bed + 4 bath and it took them about 4 1/2 hours. I was expecting it to take more like 6. They were very efficient and did a great job. Will definitely be using them again.
We are he tting our home ready to be listed & requested a move out cleaning. Theresa & her helper did a great job. She was very communicative, I got a quote right away & we were very content with the top to bottom cleaning of our home. It took a huge load off of our plates as we had plenty of other work to address at the home. I highly recommend them for your personal & business cleaning needs. Brian & Rose
Tell Projects is amazing - We had them do a mini "update" on my son's bathroom. The bathroom was outdated and had wallpaper peeling off the walls. The company came in with their large crew and within 4 days were done & out. They re-did all the walls, including painting with texture, and tiled the entire bath area. They also added a large shower niche and, for an added design feature, tiled the entire tub. All for a reasonable price. We are very happy with their work and impressed by their modern & innovative touch. Too grateful not to write a review for them and would definitely recommend Tell Projects to others!
Dan is wonderful and honest. He came in before time and analysed a tricky leak which was due to poor caulking and grout on the bath room tiles. He also assured me that he would come back and fix the sheet-rock when I get the bathroom tiles and grout fixed and the leak has stopped.
John Guillot, the owner of Atlas Construction and Remodeling, is a very friendly guy who is courteous, kind and professional. All attributes consumers like me look for when hiring professional help around the house. It is also a huge plus that Mr. Guillot is very knowledgeable and does amazing work too. I hired Mr. Guillot to do a welding job to my favorite chair. My chair is like new again! Without reservation, I highly recommend the services of Atlas Construction and Remodeling. We are using Atlas Construction and Remodeling for our 'bucket list' of work starting with painting. Thank you, -Tim Tim Kightlinger BSN, RN League City, Texas 77573

I have had the opportunity to work with DeLaGarza Homecare & remodeling on a few occasions, they have always been helpful and hard working and show up on time, I have seen their fence work, door hanging and home repairs and they have all been up to par!
I hired them to paint my stair railings to match my new hardwood floors. They came on time and were professional. I was so pleased with their professionalism that I hired them for two additional projects (backyard and bath). I also referred them to my sister-in-law, who is remodeling her kitchen.
If I could give Rick and his crew at Finishes Unlimited six stars instead of five I would. He's truly a professional, knowledgeable, on time, aims to please and his attention to detail is outstanding. Hire him. Let me tell you about the work he did for me. I inherited a house built in the 70's. Due to unforeseen circumstances I ended up living in this fixer upper nightmare and there's only so much I can do myself. There were cracks every where (ceiling, walls, fireplace) due to foundation problems I had repaired a few years back. I had mold growing on my vaulted ceiling in my loft game room and around vents in the den/loft from years of condensation dripping. I had practically no insulation in the attic from years of squirrels frolicking up there and my ac duct work had never been changed since the 70's (the air coming out of it was not too "fresh" - it also had a bit of squirrel damage too). I also had really dark paneling in the den I wanted removed (as it turned out there was mold behind it too, gag). All of it needed to be taken care of. Previously, I had a different contractor remodel/paint two baths and one spare room and it was a disaster - paint peeling from the trim work, caulking was used instead of mud to fill cracks so it looked worse, etc. - and I had reviewed this with Rick to insure the same thing wouldn't happen. Well Rick and crew did a great job and finished almost on time. The delay was partly due to me adding a few things to the scope of work like fixing grout in my kitchen/entry, caulking around the garage, hanging new blinds (omg the harvest gold ones HAD to go), changing all the door knobs in the house, hanging new curtain rods, adjusting my garage door so it'll stay open, yadda yadda. Btw, Rick didn't even complain when he had to remove the billion staples (I exaggerate not) left by the foundation repair guys when they had hung plastic on my walls. And if I wasn't satisfied with a particular patch he would fix it till I was satisfied. At the end, since I had added scope of work, I was over the original estimate which I expected, but he was VERY fair. He only charged me materials (he had receipts) and a little bit for labor. I will definitely hire him again - I have windows to replace, exterior brickwork that needs repair, the list is endless.
Tg Construction was a pleasure to work with and my remodel bathroom looks fantastic. I’m extremely pleased with the results.
Erem and the team at Red Brick completed multiple projects for my clients, both residential and commercial. They are quick ,clean, friendly and very knowledgable about construction and remodeling. They even gave my clients solutions that no one else had thought of for repairs and remodeling. I would highly recommend Erem and his team to any of my clients that need remodeling and construction work. Their handyman services are also very helpful!
I am more than pleased with the master bathroom remodel that Twelve/12 created for me. The two owners of the company, Oliver and Jeremy, are a dynamic duo who successfully guided the project from planning to completion. Oliver met with me several times at the planning stage to to determine exactly what my vision was. His knowledge, patience, and understanding helped us create a workable plan within my budget that included all the features I wanted plus some touches that I hadn't even thought of. Then Jeremy took charge of the construction and brought the plan to life. He is a perfectionist and ensured that every detail of the work was done to the highest standards. We established a project schedule and they stuck to it. On the day that the countertop crew was in my driveway, cutting the quartz to fit, it began raining heavily. Rather than lose a day, Jeremy made a quick run to Walmart, purchased a canopy, erected it on the driveway to protect them and their saws and the work continued. The beauty and functionality of the final product exceeded my expectations and the project cost was very reasonable for the quality of the work. I highly recommend them for any remodeling project you may be considering.
Thank you for all your hard work Cory. You are such a great contractor I have ever been working with. He provided us his best to complete the remodel for our store even though we have very low budget, he helped us to find out how to save a lot of money. We are really satisfied for what he did for us. Hopefully you will have a great future in your business. #BigTymeConstruction Well Done Nice Work Cory!
As with any big job we obtained three bids from separate remodeling contracting companies in the Houston area to remodel our outdated 80’s style kitchen and dining room. We wanted to combine both spaces to make one large "family friendly’ kitchen. We knew we were looking at a fair estimate when each of the bids came within $1000 of one another for what turned out to be over a $50,000 job, but it left us with a the harder task on how to decide what company to go with. What made our decision to go with Kitchen and Bath To Go, was Libby, their in house interior designer. What impressed us the most was how she easily made us imagine and see greater possibilities for our space and her willingness to give us free design advice before we had even decided to hire them. We could really see she has a passion for transformation and thinking outside the box. All of the decorative and atheistic descions that needed to be made, such as cabinetry style, paint finishes, flooring, granite, etc...it was all just so overwhelming, but with her guidance and vision. Everything just came together for us. The project administrator, Reagan, provided us with a detailed weekly schedule of who would be out on what day and what they would be doing. Their workers are skilled artisans that transformed our kitchen into a true designer space that’s liveable and one we are that proud of. Marlon, the project manager, was always stopping by to make sure everything was on point and on schedule. Of course with any job there are unexpected issues that come up, but the he was always accessible and saw to it that the corrections were quickly and properly addressed. We could not be happier with the decision we made to hire this company and have recommended them to many of our friends and family. Our next project, to remodel the our master bathroom and powder room. We have already put a bug in Libby’s ear to put our project down for the spring!
After HARVEY, Alan's homeworks came in and restored our home . From flooring, to sheet rock, lighting, ceiling fans, cabinets, counter tops, painting, even door knobs, the work is phenomenal. Very professional, and quality work, also the price was palettable.
I had a very good experience with Aura Service Pro. It's not the first time I use this company, they have remodeled my kitchen and two baths few months ago and now replaced my roof. I am very satisfied they are always on time and the contractor is always in touch. Responsible, provide very good quality of work and overall was great dealing with them. Thank you!
