I love Phil's bootcamps. It's the first bootcamp that I've been to that challenges you the whole time. He modifies the work outs to challenge each person there to their ability level and never has you standing around. The bootcamps are very challenging but you can do anything for thirty minutes and feel really good about it afterwards. Phil is awesome as a personal trainer too. You can tell he cares about each client as he challenges them with runs around the city, facebook challenges, and texts to keep you accountable. 100% I recommend him for anyone.Feb 3, 2013

Phil is an awesome trainer! I've been working with him for over a year and he definitely gets results. I was in decent shape when I started with him, but with his guidance, I have been able to reach goals that I once thought were impossible. Phil has not only taught me how to workout more efficiently, but he also keeps my eating in line. His workouts would boost my metabolism so much that it became difficult to maintain my goal weight, so he gives great advice on the RIGHT foods to eat. And if you need a motivator, he's the one. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Meeting them for a 45 minute fitness assessment. Discussing their fitness goals, nutrition, measurements, 15 minutes workout and creating a fitness profile
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes, every 6 months I'm in some type of fitness of nutrition class to stay up with the new changes and innovations in the industry.
