LLC serving the Greater Houston area since 2017, specializing in catering “Cajun-inspired comfort food”. I graduated from LeCordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts with extensive training and mentoring from a native French culinary chef. One thing that I enjoy the most about cooking is creating sauces from scratch for everything from steak to seafood using high quality ingredients and fresh herbs. Customer favorites include our Seafood Gumbo, Big Baker Potato, Cajun Alfredo Pasta, Shrimp & Grits and our tasty Veggie Bowls w/ Cilantro Lime Rice just to name a few of our delicious meals which all have vegetarian options! Menu quotes and planning are free at F&D! Please note that catering service booking fees vary depending a few standard factors such as location, guest count and the type of service just to name a few: delivery, buffet, or full service catering. These options makes catering services more accessible to fit any budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Menu planning review: customizations are available -Customer confirms menu selections, event details, and price via electronic menu selection sent via email. -Chef emails invoice with menu selections and final prices. -Customer pays 50% of invoice within 10 days before event, then remaining balance is due upon arrival of event. *Online debit/credit cards, ACH payments and Zelle are available.
