- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Menu quotes and planning are free at F&D! Please note that catering service booking fees vary depending a few standard factors such as location, guest count and the type of service just to name a few: delivery, buffet, or full service catering. These options makes catering services more accessible to fit any budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Menu planning review: customizations are available -Customer confirms menu selections, event details, and price via electronic menu selection sent via email. -Chef emails invoice with menu selections and final prices. -Customer pays 50% of invoice within 10 days before event, then remaining balance is due upon arrival of event. *Online debit/credit cards, ACH payments and Zelle are available.
