Introduction: Thank you for your interest in JerseyGirl Catering! I always put my clients needs first and will continue to do so! I’m sure like many of you, food has always been an important part of fond memories. Growing up as a child in New Jersey, I associated food with many of the happy moments in my life! Living in Texas for the past 30 years, I try to incorporate delicious cuisine from the Northeast and combine them with old-fashioned southern cooking!

What a great caterer to hire from the beginning to end. We just used Pam for a Celebration of Life event and everyone in attendance raved about the food she provided from the Marry Me Chicken - so moist and delicious- the sirloin meatloaf (we so many compliments about how good it was) and the rice/ broccoli casserole, the best ever according to our guests. I would definitely hire her again and again. The rest of the menu and desserts was outstanding and we’ll present. Her staff was great and very professional

This catering company was an absolute blessing to our wedding reception! Their communication leading all the way up until the day of the event was perfect. They were extremely professional and efficient. The presentation was beautiful and we were very pleased with everything!

JerseyGirl catered my food for my wedding. She was great to work with through the whole process. She also is very personable and makes sure their clients are taken care of. We had a sit down dinner and everyone got the food in a very timely manner. EVERYONE raved to us how awesome the food was. If I could I would ask for JerseyGirl’s marry me chicken everyday of the week. Absolutely delicious

Our pricing is extremely fair and reasonable, especially in these hard times. People should not have to sacrifice when it comes to special and memorable events in their lives.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I communicate very well with all customers, but I do not push. I like to follow up but I know if someone is interested in working with me or learning more, they will make the effort to do so. And I will in return.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love associating special events and memories with food. I have very fond memories of growing up in New Jersey with large parties for birthdays, anniversaries and weddings and food was always the centerpiece!
