Ron was great. Without even looking at computer he knew one of the problems. When the problem was a bit more complicated, he still removed the virus. And set up software to prevent the problem again. Great job.

You don't want anyone else to do your computer/ networking work... this guy is: • knowledgeable • quick • very fairly priced (especially considering he doesn't charge for travel) • very generous with time (did research prior to coming off the clock) and equipment (he gifted me a new keyboard bc mine was on its last leg).

Ron installed my furnished second hard drive in my new computer. It was more difficult than expected because of the layout of the computer itself. He overcame the problems, my drive is now installed and working fine, and I am satisfied. I would not hesitate to use Ron again.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father bought a substandard pc that was home built. He spent 1200.00 back in 1996 and we just got tired of bringing it back so I taught myself how to replace and repair before Google was even invented!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are a lot of services out there that overcharge for pretty simple fixes. They refuse to lower their prices as that will threaten the entire industry of retail computer repair. Do not pay 1990 prices and always hire local companies, if possible. I will always give you the best price even if it will cost me the job. Sometimes it is just cheaper to purchase a new computer.
