I needed help with installing some complicated software onto a new computer. The software needed to be integrated so that it would all work together and with the other systems already installed on the machine. Elmore was fantastic. He v was able v to b remotely connect to my machine and within 2 hours get everything working the way it should.
He was able to start work immeditly which I appreciated as I use the computer for work. Elmore was fun to talk to, provided explanations of what he was doing, and I was really comfortable with the entire process. I enjoy supporting small businesses especially during the pandemic and while bi hope not to have more computer problems if I do I would hire this company again.
