- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I probably can't give an idea on how we price every job, however I would like to mention that we specialized on deliver great labor and materials quality to our customers. Probably 50 percent of the customers who read this comment will write us off their list, but right the same time we can tell and guarantee you that you are writing off the chance of getting the one of the best teams to handle your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We break this down in a few steps: 1. Get us contact 2. We come by and make notes and measure everything you want to do and we also get an idea of what your budget is and how serious you are about to get things done. 3. We work in the paper work " Estimates and cost" 4. We introduce you our vision, ideas and the estimate which will always include: *Material cost *Labor cost *The schedule of days that will take us to complete your project. 5.We give you some time to think about it without pressure or rush so you can make your decision in peace and confidence that you like our terms, cost and Schedule. 6. Once you make the decision we will meet again to double check that we are all in the same page and vision of how everything will get start and finish. 7. We sign up and start the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 16 years if experience working in the remodeling business, we don't mess around or hire handy mens to do the job we have a team of employees who more that capable of handling every expertise you need from us to do.
