Mr. Alan Baer was the most caring and attentive attorney we had the pleasure of knowing. He did his magic in the courtroom and was able to get my husbands DWI case dismissed. He fights for peoples rights for unfair arrests and works hard to see that justice is served. Johnson, Johnson & Bear represented me very well. I was charged with a second DWI. My first DWI was (35) years ago but it still reflects on the record, therefore this is considered my second offence which is a felony which could have jail time. Dane and Alan had the first DWI thrown out of court making this a misdemeanor offence. I had to pay a small fine, no probation or community service. I am very pleased with Johnson Johnson & Bears representation with this case.I highly recommend this law firm.

I would definitely recommend this firm. Dane is top notch and Stephen helped me get my case dismissed in 6 months from a year! I originally had another lawyer who was clueless and I would have had to get an Occupational license and didnt have a clue how to win my ALR hearing. Johnson Johnson and Baer won this for me so I kept my license! I agreed to the PTI and got through all my requirements right away and was able to ask for early dismissal! I recommend this firm to anyone who wants a knowledgeable team and who always is available for questions and who truly has your best interests at heart!

I was very impressed with Johnson, Johnson and Baer. They are extremely knowledgeable and work hard to understand the details of your case, your personal situation, and will protect your rights. I was charged with two DWIs back to back within 6 months (2nd & 3rd DWI). I was facing Jail time and a potential increase of charges to a Felony DWI. They were able to have one DWI case dismissed and the other reduced to a Class B misdemeanor. I had other charges they were also dismissed. I received time served as my sentenced. I simply left the courtroom and I was finished. No probation, or community service, etc. I sincerely thank the entire team ( Brandy, Dane, Alan, Carson, and Steven ) . They all were very helpful and I could always get in touch with them to have my questions answered. They didnt only help me with my case, they helped get back control of my life. I was in a very tough situation, both from a legal and personal perspective. I cant thank them enough. I strongly recommend you have them represent you if you are in a similar situation.God bless you!
