- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

YES! Does your DJ need to be fully insured? YES! Does your DJ need to provide a written contract? DEFINITELY! Do you need club quality DJ gear? YES! Do you need the best sounding audio system? YES! Do you need killer dance floor lighting for your event? OF-COURSE! Do you need multi-colored smoke machine to compliment the dance lights? U BETCHA! Do you need special lighting (uplighting) to set the mood around your reception or party room? HECK YES! We got you covered. Everything included in the price. No hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we provide you with everything you need to make a sound decision about hiring us. We'll send you lots of information on our service plus pictures & video of us with our equipment in action. Once you hire us we'll start the paperwork process. You will be sent our standard written agreement which will confirm your booking in writing, the agreed upon price & each party's responsibilities. For convenience the agreement is sent by email and signed electronically (Electronic signatures are just as legal & enforceable as traditional paper contracts signed in ink). Next, we will create login details for you so you can access the client area of our website. In the client area you will have event planning forms that will help us plan your event. These forms will help us keep things running smooth at your event but they will also help you plan out the details of your event. The first form in the client area is a music request form so you can select your favorite music genre, artist & songs. The second form will help you identify all the highlights happening during your event (cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, toast, etc). The third form will let you create a schedule of events by placing each highlight on a timeline. Also in the client area is a messaging form so you can communicate with us and you can also check your balance & make a payment there. Once all the planning forms our complete well work with you to plan out your event so that it goes as smooth as possible. On the day of your event well show up 2-3 hours early to start setting up the DJ booth, dance floor lighting, any mood lighting & more. Then its go time!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years experience as a DeeJay. I have 15 years experience as an event organizer. I have 10 years experience as a event announcer. I have 5 years experience as a party planner. I was a Sergeant in the US Army for 10 years and no how to talk over the microphone. I've graduated from the Military leadership school.
