FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system. I prefer flat fees. I will charge per hour if requested, especially when shooting video.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact new clients via email or phone call to talk about what they are looking for. If we decide to go any further I like to send Letters of Agreement via email explaining: Nature of the Project, Description of the Specific Product the Freelancer Will Deliver, Project Costs, Timeline, Terms of Payment, and Other Potential Considerations. This is a less formal contract that is more to map out the exact specifics and scope of our project. Once both parties agree to the LOA we get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Music from the University of Houston. My main experience is in music production and performing. I have spent several thousands of hours working on editing audio and video projects for myself, colleagues, and clients. Most of my training has been hands-on using software and hardware.
