Met with Benjamin today in regards to our duct cleaning request. He was very thorough in his inspection of our units and discovered a cracked crevice caused by built up rust decay on our return air box. Something we were not aware since we moved in a year ago. He was detailed in explaining the issues at hand while visually showing the location of the problem areas. He offered a few suggestions for remedial work and provided the cost related to the service. Apart from that he also recommend that we look into other providers to prevent the condensation happening in our attic. Also, he mentioned that our dryer vent is in need for cleaning but since it is located on the second floor, it will need a serviceman who is licensed to do that. He also pointed out that our air ducts are currently very clean and they are not in need of any cleaning whatsoever at this point. All in all, I am glad that I found an honest serviceman who is actually looking out for the customer’s best interest instead of his own. I definitely recommend Benjamin and his company to everyone who is considering air duct related services.

I heard about Benjamin and Green Air Home Services from NextDoor and found him to match the positive experience that previous clients had with him. Benjamin was very thorough in his job and even pointed out a few things in the house that needed maintenance soon. I initially hired him to clean the dryer vent ducts but he also found an issue with the work that the builder had done. He went to the parts store and resolved the issue for me. I would highly recommend Benjamin not only for his work but for his great customer facing skills and willingness to get a job done right.

Benjamin showed up at the time we agreed. He inspected the work that had to be done (dryer vent and ducts) and provided his assessment. He indicated that there were some issues that had to be repaired (with which I agreed) before he could clean the dryer vent so he respectfully declined to do that part of the job. I think this was very professional as he could have easily done the job and let me in the dark by not telling me the issues he found. So, yes, I'm planning to call them again.
