- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get customers version/idea of wat they want done or repaired Schedule a time to look at job Go analyze/troubleshoot job and assess what tools and material and how much time and labor are needed. Submit quote to customer with breakdown of costs Complete job by setting up protections for existing walls and floors and ensuring that work is done safely for customer, their property, and myself and that finished product will last a long time. Clean up and leave property in condition as though I had never been there. Review project with customer to ensure their satisfaction and collect payment and hopefully referrals

Five years JATC electrical apprenticeship training Six years on the job electrical training in industrial, commercial, residential, service, and maintenance electrical work Emergency first aid certification OSHA 10 safety certification TDLR journeyman electrician licensing and continuing education
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Joined apprenticeship training program to learn a skill that would allow me to be able to always make money, help people, and eventually gain financial independence
