During the first service, trying to oversell you. After the service, I texted them more than 10 times asking for the receipt. Finally I got it after saying I'll leave negative feedback if I don't. 5 months later after treatment, same problem came again. I emailed Billy to come re-treat based on the warranty we agreed. He emailed me back in 10 minutes asking for pictures and original receipt, fair enough, I emailed him those same day. After that, I never heard from him after 4 repeat emails, not returning the phone call neither.Apr 25, 2018VerifiedSharon B.'s reply
Good Afternoon Will. I am so sorry about the communication break down. Unfortunately I was out of town on an emergency when Billy gave you the original quote and did the work. Usually I am here to follow up with customers and make sure appointments are schedules and receipts are sent. He tried to make sure nothing fell through the cracks but got overwhelmed. As you can see from our other 450 plus reviews this is not indicative of the service we pride ourselves on.Please give me a call so that I can send Jarison out to look at the issue and fix whatever you need and it will be covered under the warranty as promised.
