    Was ONCE a good pro over a year ago. NOT ANYMORE! If you are thinking about using this company -- BEWARE! Cashed our check BEFORE performing services! Completely unprofessional. Completely NOT responsive. Once he got our money and we started having problems with the service he performed, he was contacted. He told us for over 2 weeks he would stop by to check or correct his shoddy work and never did. Now looking to get our money back. Very unresponsive! And absolutely unprofessional!

    • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      When I receive a request from a customer, I strive to submit a quote that best fits there needs. If I have a contact phone number available, I immediately contact them ( so as long as the time of the day is reasonable) once I make verbal contact with the customer I ask more questions regarding there issue, any measures they've already attempted to take, then what service I can provide to resolve the problems. I let them know my prices and if the customer is satisfied with them I proceed to take down there contact information and set the earliest/fastest appointment available.

      The best advice I can give a customer looking for any type of service whether it's pest control or any other type; READ REVIEWS. Reviews tell you how successful the company is, how they left there customers feeling, and if they are worth hiring to meet your needs.
