Thank you Texas bugs r us and Calvin for being the professionals I needed. It wasn't easy to admit that i had a bug problem to a stranger but nothing i did worked so i had to call someone and I'm glad it was you. As a busy mom i really appreciate you being on time. You understood my problem without judgement and took time to explain what was going on and what i can do in the future to prevent it happening again. I really feel that you (Calvin) went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and i love that you've kept in contact to check on the situation. I'm actually looking forward to your re-evaluation when you come back. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I would definitely call you again and recommend you.

It's impressive to me when a service person shows up on time and is ready to go to work. Calvin was patient and took the time to ask me questions about what bugs I was seeing around my home. He understood that I wanted him to use only green products. He did not hurry at any time spraying the outside or inside of my home. When he left my home smelled like rosemary and I haven't seen any bugs right up to the quarterly service. Awesome service from someone who cares.

. The pest control license indicates that the firm has taken the necessary training and testing to prove competency in the field. There are additional factors to be considered when choosing a professional pest control firm. According to Calvin Thigpen, "When you have a problem with pests and need professional services, you want to be sure the service is exactly what is required for the particular pest. The issue should be addressed efficiently and quickly by a technician who is knowledgeable and experienced. We offer both prompt attention and courteous customer service. We encourage you to check our record of service from former customers. You can also check the Better Business Bureau for information about performance." He continues, "Our technicians are licensed and insured for their protection and for that of our clients. A guarantee of the eradication of the pest is another component of our service that we are very proud of. We encourage those looking for eradication services to obtain two or three estimates before proceeding." An understanding of which chemicals or procedures will be utilized in addressing the problem is helpful to homeowners. The least amount of product possible to control the pests is the best way to proceed. This practice is safer for pets and for the humans in the structure. Deaths from pesticide usage can be prevented when properly trained professionals apply the chemical products. Prospective customers are encouraged to ask about maintenance programs, once the original infestation is controlled.
