- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Conversations and planning are not fee-based, I want my clients to see the value of what my team provides. If my team helps put any Risk Management Products or Investment Products in place we will discuss cost at that time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our 1st conversation has two purposes. 1. For them to understand who I am, why I serve, and the approach I use to insure optimal planning for my clients. 2. For me to understand my client's vision, whether for themselves, their families, or their businesses. What is there purpose, where are they currently holding, and how can we most efficiently and purposefully move them towards their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually have an extensive background in education as well as finance. My goal is to teach those I work with to understand their plan fully, and how each piece of the financial puzzle creates their masterpiece. Too often I find when working with clients that have other gone through a financial planning process before, they are still quite unsure about their overall plan and how the pieces tie together. This creates unnecessary anxiety.
