- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's very straight forward. You pay for the service you would like. Example: if life insurance is $75 a month for a particular face amount, then you just pay $75 every month. The actual planning time is no cost to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we meet, I will share information about the company and what we do for families. Then we will discuss your goals and put a plan in place to achieve them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have to complete many continuing education hours to keep my licenses up to date.
