I had an awesome experience with Lone Star Chimney. They replaced my chimney cap and completed crown repair work, and the entire process was handled professionally from start to finish.

Communication was straightforward and timely, and they showed up when they said they would. The scope of work was clearly explained beforehand, which made it easy to understand what was being fixed and why it mattered. On-site, the crew worked efficiently and kept everything organized without leaving a mess behind.

The quality of the work stands out. The new chimney cap fits properly and looks well-installed, and the crown repair appears clean and durable. You can tell they paid attention to detail rather than rushing through it.

Overall, they delivered exactly what was needed without unnecessary upselling or complications. I would use them again for future chimney work.
