- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each month starts with 3 sessions and access to 2 studios for sessions for $217. Afterwards, additional session pricing is based on time of day and bulk of purchase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An Initial Consultation (1-on-1 Strategy Session) is $38 and last up to 90 minutes. This session must be processed via credit card on-line or over the phone to secure your reservation. At the conclusion of the Strategy Session, we will go over various training options and prices, to determine what fits your needs. If you purchase a program at the conclusion of the session, the $38 for the Strategy Session will be deducted from your purchase. If not, you will still leave with a great deal of information on how to achieve the goals you have, and a better understanding of training styles.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) CPT, an NCCA certification for Personal Trainers that focuses on using anatomically correct terminology and data from various other specialties in the Health and Fitness Industry. A start to progression in the respective field of study the trainer chooses. Performance Enhancement (PES) certification is the preferred certification of the NBA, and focuses on neuromuscular conditioning (reflexes). Nutritional Specialist (FNS) qualifies a trainer to function as a Nutitionist is select states (Texas), though the coursework is geared around nutrients and their effects on athletic performance and recovery. Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) focuses on the mechanics of movements, and can aid the PES in preventing injuries, as well as assess muscle recruitment patterns in everyday movements, to prevent over use injuries. Group Personal Training (GPTS) focuses on managing customized routines for groups of clients training simultaneously, as opposed to Group Training taking place in a class environment, were exercises are meant reach the masses and general fitness conditioning.
