- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a detailed fitness consult to get to know the new client and what injuries or prior setbacks they may have experienced when working with a personal trainer. From there I grow and nurture an open and honest relationship with the client so that we are both giving our best efforts to the tasks at hand.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was always into fitness and always found myself answering questions in the gym, so I studied and got certified. I was always wanting to know more about the proper way to train and I love helping others.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with and trained the entire spectrum of customers, from expecting mothers, to boxing champions. From diabetic customers with eating disorders, to college and professional athletes. Our goal is to provide a much needed service to all that trusts us with their fitness and health.
