Introduction: I consider my self as being different form the rest thru the level of enthusiasm, high energy brought at every session and the level of commitment that I dedicate for each and every one of my clients whom inevitable are becoming my friends. My coaching concept is sustained by training techniques like Body Weight and Free Weight training, Athletics, Functional fitness, Stretching, HIIT workout, challenges and sports off all kind; acquired in more than 20 years of high performance in disciplines like Swimming, Thriatlon Olympic and Modern, Kyokushin karate. All performed at National and International level (not summer sports) My main concern is YOU as a whole person , body and mind and that's how I know that my services stands out from the rest. My job is very rewarding, I say this because it is a nice visual to be an active witness for the transformation my clients are experiencing. I am blessed to have the opportunity to work in a field that doesn't feel like work to me and get to meet so many different people and help them achieve their goals.

Outstanding master of his craft; incredibly bright with a treasure trove of health and fitness knowledge; expert in running, weight training, martial arts, swimming "among other things"; and a warm, spontaneous personality that make workouts fun.
