I really appreciated how well they communicated with me early on and confirmed my expectations for the project prior to arriving. They were punctual and wore masks prior to enter my home. They ran into an issue with my wall due to plywood being behind the drywall which backed up to my master bath. They provided me with alternative ways to mount the tv before proceeding forward to alleviate putting unnecessary holes in my drywall which I greatly appreciated. I looked for a person to help.install a new tv and move the old one and 3 hours later these guys were on it!! Such fast service! These gentlemen did an admirable job. Appointment was scheduled for 3pm nobody showed up. I got a text saying the appointment will be 5pm at 5:15pm from tech person saying he is running behind will be here in 15-20 minutes. I said nevermind, told him & his manager not to come here I don’t have time to keep waiting for service. Review edit:::: The manger called to apologize about the miscommunication from the technician’s end & offered to reschedule the service for next day. Every small business makes mistakes but this one definitely made it right by being responsive & fixing the problem by giving great customer service. Our technician did contact you through phone and text massage ahead of time, but you claimed you did not check your massage until 5 PM, and then you left a one star for us for a miss communication between you and the technician. And then you claimed your job has been done by somebody else?! And you left us we no option only reimburse you. Anyway we reimburse you. And you edit your review. Thanks

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We ask for product information and provide customer with an exact price, we never go above the price we had already set with customer and no surprise charges. Customer should not touch the box and open it before giving the job to us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We did learn by doing over 15 years. And worked for a several companies before and always were the best ones among other employees who took most five stars reviews. then we decided to work independently to provide a higher quality service to our customers.
