- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up traning in my father's Karate School at the age of 5. My love for fitness grew from there and i've been training and learning new skills ever since.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A client came to me with a hip and back injury. Previous trainers had her lifting too many weights which exacerbated her injuries. I worked with her doing various body weight exercises including introducing her to the healing world of Yoga and she benefited greatly@
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the trainer addresses every area of concern and knows how to train in every area needed before starting a program
