I am writing to thank you for the wonderful job you and your crew did to restore my mother's home after Hurricane Harvey. Circumstances have been rough for my mother for some time, and the devastation of the hurricane was the last in a series of very difficult events for her. As you can imagine, having her home rebuilt at such an affordable cost and in such a timely manner was a great blessing to our family, and to my mother especially. We were pleased with the high quality of workmanship and your attentiveness. Your communication throughout the process was outstanding, and you were quick to address any question or concern we presented. In addition, we appreciated you offering your professional recommendations where there was a need such as electrical, plumbing, and air duct cleaning. Thanks to Houston Flooring they were able to find me an inexpensive but good quality berber carpet. Job was done in 1 day and they removed/disposed the old carpet for free. Would highly recommend this company for a good carpet install. Cant wait to get my bathroom remodel! They do it all.

Houston Flooring and Remodeling (HFR) recently completed a shower re-build for me. I am a practicing architect, so I am somewhat familiar with the entire construction process. Overall, HFR did a very good job on my project. Katrina showed up when she said she would, followed up when she said she would, and had her crew on site without any missed days. You would be surprised how rare that is in the residential contracting world. Based on my experience, I would recommend Katrina and HFR to others considering them for a small to moderate renovation project. I am also very satisfied with the quality of the work they did, and actually had nothing for the punch list - even though I am very picky and demanding in that respect. Good job HFR!
