- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?There is nothing complicated about my pricing system, I take into consideration the time, food and staff I need to pull off your event and provide great product at great prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Communication is a vital part of a kitchen, so for all my customers I like to talk to them and discuss the menu options or the desire plates they are looking for and tell them the process of how I make them. If they have specific types of recipes or certain way of making a dish it is encouraged during this time to make it known. Prior to the event confirmation of the dishes, time of arrival, guest counts and last minute details are discussed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an Assocites in Culinary Arts, Associates in Business Administration, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finances.
