Mimi's catering did a wonderful job for my daughter's wedding. The food was excellent, appropriate temperature and attractively displayed. To everyone, my father passed Saturday and laid to rest Wednesday, everything was up side down and crazy. Then it hit me that I need to have a meal for family and friends for afterwards. I contacted Keira Rivera and sheadequate it easy and took control of it all from set up to service to clean up, I didn't have to raise a finger and everyone was extremely happy with theeal and it presitaion. The flavor and presentation were amazing, looked and taste as if it took days to create. I will definitely use her services again. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?There is nothing complicated about my pricing system, I take into consideration the time, food and staff I need to pull off your event and provide great product at great prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Communication is a vital part of a kitchen, so for all my customers I like to talk to them and discuss the menu options or the desire plates they are looking for and tell them the process of how I make them. If they have specific types of recipes or certain way of making a dish it is encouraged during this time to make it known. Prior to the event confirmation of the dishes, time of arrival, guest counts and last minute details are discussed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an Assocites in Culinary Arts, Associates in Business Administration, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finances.
