I am so happy I hired MCM Mechanical to fix my washing machine. He could tell right away the tub wasn't stabilized, and before I knew it, he had replaced the shocks. Plus, I was having problems with the spin cycle. It took him awhile to fix it but only because the agitator was stuck. He finally was able to remove the agitator and replaced the broken part. He was very thorough, hard working, and extremely polite. Also, I really appreciated when he explained what was wrong, and showed me, before starting the repairs. I will definitely save the contact information from MCM Mechanical for the future. Hire them. You will not be disappointed.
