- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive and transparent with our pricing. We prefer to see and assess the project before providing the price. We want to make sure we understand exactly what the customer is looking for and make sure we can provide workmanship and service set at the highest standards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the customer to assess the job and the customer's vision. We then discuss the project in detail and make sure to answer any questions the customer has. We go over the details and create a proposal based on the discussion. We encourage the customer to go over the proposal in detail. Once the proposal is approved we brief our crews and get started! We keep constant communication with the customer and visit the job site until the project is complete to their satisfaction.

Between the partners, we have over 40 years of experience in residential and commercial remodeling.
