My process is pretty simple. Below are the customer engagement steps prior to project start below. A. We set a meeting to establish a working relationship (projects are a two-way street) B. We conduct a project walk together C. PONOestablishes a timeline for project quote to Customer D. PONO provides a project service agreement for Customer review E. Customer and PONO set a meeting to review project quote and service agreement F. PONO project start and timeline for project completion G. PONO establishes a project update cadence and progress form delivery with Customer
