Introduction: I'm willing to assist people with basic computer issues. I've been using computers since 1987, and not only am I knowledgeable in how to use applications such as Office and Windows, but I also am able to help with basic setup and connectivity, viruses, and TVs. I've been taking care of all our home computer and phone needs/issues for MACs, iPhones, Windows PCs, laptops, and phones. I have four daughters and a wife with various needs for their electronics.
I'm able to help the not-so-technical people get things set up and talking to each other. I would characterize my skills as a basic technology handyman. If I can't fix the issue, I know many people who can assist me to get it resolved.
