- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our fees on the size of the home and the age of the home. Our fees are very competitive and are listed on our website. We periodically offer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact customers to understand their needs, go over the process, confirm our availability, provide a quotation, and advise of any discounts. We welcome all of our clients to attend the home inspection. Most clients like to show up for the inspection when the actual physical part of the inspection is nearly complete. That way we can walk them through our findings both with photos and visually. We can then answer any questions/concerns they have prior to generating the report. This process works well for us and our clients really appreciate the effort. It also promotes good will and trust with our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and undergo continuing education. I also own a facilities management company performing various trades (i.e. plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, roofing, flooring, etc.).
