TRUST KAREN AND MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCES AND THIS REVIEW!
In September of 2016 my husband passed away from colon cancer. We had been married for 28 years. He was the love of my life and we were an amazing team. As a partner in a large construction company and skilled carpenter, my husband had customized my house to my tastes and I had no desire to leave his memory behind nor sell my beloved home. But things that needed to be addressed around the house were the last thing on my mind—a depression had set in.
In late August and the first week of September of 2017 my home and neighborhood took a hit from Hurricane Harvey, which dumped rain over Texas for days. Within weeks of Harvey’s wrath, I discovered that I had ovarian cancer. A few months later, I was also physically assaulted, being a frail and easy target.
Call it PTSD, anxiety or the mental trauma’s of the COVID outbreak, whatever you wish, but for the next five years, I completely withdrew. After my cancer treatments and a couple of surgeries, I survived cancer and overcame that brutal physical attack, but my beautiful home didn’t make it, and my personal spirit had barely survived.
I was embarrassed by the condition of my house, when I used to be so proud of it. I wouldn’t even allow my two adult daughters to visit—a home that their father had brilliantly customized—the home that both of my girls had grown up in.
Why would I be relating such personal information in an online review about Karen, and her character or her professional performance as a maid?
I hired Karen directly after her first contact with me, because she was personable and sincere in her responses to my texts, emails and calls. Imagine my surprise when I read a horrendous review by one of her recent customers!
Karen IS and WAS AMAZING! Yes, as all maids do, Karen moves items around in order to get to the nooks and crannies of a home. And because my husband was in construction and I have a professional real estate background, if I’m not mistaken, the images that the “bad reviewer” posted appear to be from a newly constructed house? I know from 30+ years of personal experience that dust from new construction takes months and months to clear out. My husband and I used to hire crews to clear sawdust and sheetrock debris out of homes and apartments.
When this “bad reviewer” stated that she had to call the police on Karen, it raised more than my eyebrow! This reviewer blatantly implied that Karen was a criminal. I have hired maids before who stole precious, expensive and sentimental items from me, so I beg to differ! Karen is NOT a criminal and I sincerely doubt any of the additional “bad reviewer’s” claims. I personally saw Karen in action, tackling my cluttered home which is over 40 years old!
Karen is not only conscientious and overly meticulous, but she is a compassionate woman with an amazing sense of humor. She stunned me and brought me out of my shell. She is also a former Vet Tech and animal lover. (I have three dogs who adored Karen and one of them doesn’t trust anyone!) YOU CAN TRUST THIS WOMAN! DO NOT TRUST WHAT ONE BAD REVIEWER WROTE!
Karen will be working for me from this point forward. I’ve been through far too much and trust no-one and I wholeheartedly put MY TRUST IN KAREN! I also feel as if I have found a new and much needed friend.

DO NOT USE THIS PERSON! It’s a complete scam. She came in my home for 12 hours! I had to ask her to leave several times. I came home and not only was my home not cleaned but it was left dirtier.
Pictures attached don’t even do it justice how bad this was. I had to call the police. DO NOT LET THIS PERSON NEAR YOUR HOME!
