We offer interior design, staging and virtual staging as part of our services. STAGING/VIRTUAL STAGING: If your home is vacant or not. We have different solutions for your home staging. We will provide pricing based on how many rooms and the duration needed. We also offer a new service which is "Virtual Staging" If you still live in your home and you are not comfortable with people walking in and out your home, or do not have the time for it. We can create a virtual walk through that you can send to realtors and potential buyers to view on their phones or computers. If you are not so sure about the furniture you have. We can easily "virtually" change anything you have inside these walls, to a well designed space. INTERIOR DESIGN: We offer different type of pricings based on the type of your project (Residential or Hospitality) and how many phases your project require. We produce and offer: Initial design boards. Color schemes. Initial space planning. Colored plans and elevations. Design development. Hand sketches. 3D renderings. Virtual walkthrough. Finish samples. Construction documents. Vendor selection. Vendor special pricing. Procurement. Install supervision. Our quote will vary in pricing based on how many services your project require. Please let us know about your next project. we will visit the job site and discuss your project for one an a half hours for a very small consultation fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Visit the site. Discuss the client's vision. Start on an initial design board and color scheme. Get the client's approval on the design boards. Start space planning. Finalize color, finish and furniture selections. Produce layouts and elevations as required. Produce 3D renders - If needed. Produce virtual walkthrough - If needed. Clients can do the purchasing on their own or we can do the procurement process for them. Install supervision - If needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor degree in Interior Architecture - 2007. We have residential, commercial and hospitality design backgrounds. We gained our experience from working in different well known companies, in and outside the US. We understand different cultures and environments, which makes us strong in design and communication.
