- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is commensurate with the total experience received. Quality care is given to the customer. Desires, problems and request are approached with mindset of ownership even after resolution is implemented.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Evaluate their present needs and of course polling for future aspirations so as to provide a solution that will best fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in IT field over 18 yrs with solid performance marks in all phases of IT. My understand embraces every aspect and also understanding how all facets work together.
