- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do, but sometimes I have to go on a case by case basis, due to areas that might not have been mentioned when I originally quoted. Just depends.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try to accommodate all of my customers to the best of my ability. This means, if they want me there at a certain time, I'm there at a certain time. I allow all forms of payment for their convenience. I guarantee all my work and even give a 48 hour window, so if I Missed anything or they notice something that needed to get done, I tell my customers to just shoot me a text or give me a call and I'll be back , no charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my knowledge has been learned the best way known to learn something, first hand. It's all experience.
