Completed first session this morning. What a burn! I am very happy about today's first session with Thomas. A very positive and motivating force, Thomas drove me through the reps with positive delivery. As a busy physician, I have been looking to take my fitness to a brand new height. However, being a trained athlete myself, I am seasoned to fitness with a strong background in martial-arts, long-distance cycling, and weightlifting. I have not only had previous trainers, but I have also coached clients in the past. This made me cautious about finding the right trainer. That being said, I am confident that I came to the right place. It is imperative that your trainer have high levels of positive energy, spirit, and motivation. Not to mention high fitness levels and qualifications. Thomas exemplifies these things. His advertising was not falsely delivered in the least. I HIGHLY recommend Thomas Chelly and Clients First Fitness to anyone looking for that next level of fitness whatever the goal.
Will has always done a great job of breaking down the exercises/routine and providing clear instruction on form, how to maximize results and more importantly, safety. I was a novice so it was really important to find someone who pushes you but was still cognizant of form. I've been training with him for 4+ months starting out 3x/week and increased it to 4x. I would absolutely recommend him to any potential client.
I've been training with Stephen James at Snap/Raveneaux for about a month now and I'm so happy with the results. I've lost almost twenty lbs and my body is going through a major change. I'm already so much stronger and I look and feel better. I had issues with over weight and over eating. Normally I'd be busy thinking about what I could eat when our young children were asleep. Some chocolate ice cream or potato chips?! Both?! Now, after working with Stephen, I just enjoy my evenings sans sugary treats. Instead I'm picturing my body slimming down and looking forward to go to the gym in the morning. And I feel so good. My head is clearer, my body seems lighter. THANK YOU Stephen. You are the best. I know it's a longer path than just the first month but I know I can do it. Especially with such a good trainer by my side. He asked me to text him photos of everything I eat and he gives valuable feedback and let's me know if I'm eating right or need to improve or adjust my eating. And, right now there's a delivery pizza sitting on the kitchen counter for the family. I'm really hungry but not one single part of me is tempted to go over there and eat it. Stephen helped me get to that place. He showed me I can do it. After years of making myself feel bad through my eating and weight gain, it's the best thing ever to realize I don't have to be heavy or inactive. He's awesome!
Have you been putting off taking steps to get healthy like I was ? I didn't want to belong to a huge over rated gym. I knew I would needs hands on approach. That is why I am so glad to have found Josh and company. Sugar Land Fit Life Studio, is perfect for me. I am being trained by the best. Do to having problems with my lower back, walking into one of those other places is out of the question for me. I needed a trainer to work with that fully understands my problem back. I am getting stronger each week, I know it because I feel it. My family and friends know it cause they can see it. I am totally pumped to work out and get to my goals. I don't dread going to S.L.F.L.S. I race to get there, just kidding officers. But you get my point.

Ralph has been my trainer for the past 3+ years and I can honestly say he is AWESOME at what he does. With clients ranging from college students to retirees, Ralph tailors each clients training experience based on their skill and comfort level. To help his clients realize their health/weight loss goals, Ralph is comfortable utilizing a variety of specialties, such as pilates, boxing, self-defense, and jiu-jitsu. He is incredibly FLEXIBLE with training schedules (which is great for people who's work schedule changes frequently). Since working with Ralph I have lost weight, improved my strength, reduce my aches and pains by improving flexibility, and am confident I could use self-defense tactics to get out of a sticky situation. I would highly recommend Ralph as a personal trainer (or for his group classes) to anyone.
I have taken many training sessions with Uriel (we all call him Woody) they are always high intensity and I always leave drenched. Whether you want to increase your boxing skills or just get in shape I highly recommend contacting Woody. We met at Revolution Dojo and did an hour long session. We started with a light circuit warm up, ran through some quick pad work, and finished with a killer bag work circuit. I usually burn between 1000 and 1200 calories in a session (wore a heart rate monitor to verify.) I highly recommend giving Woody a call.
Phil Biggs is a great trainer. Hi is very personable and not only helps you achieve your fitness goals but he also takes time to understand your overall health. One of the best decision I ever made.
I had the privilege of taking private lessons from Mike Blackmon. His enthusiasm for the student who is eager to learn becomes contagious and makes you (the student) eager to learn more. While I had doubts about my ability due to my age and physical condition, Sensei Blackmon was quick to dispel that for me, showing me that it is never to late to learn to defend yourself. In fact I have continued my relationship with Michael Blackmom and Kuro Tora Aikijujutsu even after my private lessons stopped.
Morrison Butler is a great instructor. His classes are always challenging while being fun at the same time. His classes incorporate a variety of skills and disciplines making each class unique. His training includes strength and conditioning as well emphasizing good kickboxing and Muay Thai technique. Whether you are wanting to improve your fighting technique or looking for a fun way to burn a ton of calories and build your strength and stamina, I would strongly recommend training with Morrison.
I worked with Brian for 3 months last year. I was looking to learn some Kickboxing/MMA moves and to just get into better shape for a guy that was 60 years old. He worked my butt off! But, I saw improvement in my body, by blood pressure went down, and I was very pleased with the work that we did together. If I hadn't moved away from the area we would still be having our sessions!
Overall, I had a great experience. Gaby is a very knowledgeable trainer. Whether you want to get really into the technical side or putting you through an intense workout. I'm a good friend of his, yet he still takes our sessions very serious. He tries multiple approaches to help you understand the technique quicker and better. Gaby is not going to give you fake praise and compliments. He's a perfectionist, and you better work for his praise! All and all, Gaby is extremely passionate about what he does and it rubs off on you. I highly recommend him. Good guy.
