We had chef over at our house two nights ago and he was fantastic. He was very flexible with our dietary needs and modifications of some of the ingredients. My wife cooked with him, as it was her birthday present, and he answered a bunch of questions she had about roasting and brazing and also other general cooking questions not related to the meal. Would highly recommend chef!!!

Chef Benoit provided a very accessible cooking class and an excellent four course meal. He was friendly and courteous throughout the evening, and he left our kitchen as he found it. It was a completely satisfactory experience.

My wife and I took a cooking class with chef Benoît, we had a lot of fun, his knowledge and professionalism are incredible and since he’s a chef instructor for many years he knows perfectly how to explain. We cooked a paella in a friendly atmosphere, the dish was delicious and very appetizing. We already booked him for another weekend. I highly recommend him !

Its not only about the quality itself but also the experience he makes his students feel about cooking. I think that he doesnt cook just because he is chef. He loves cooking and he becomes outstanding than others. Mainly the taboulet ! My favorite plate from him. Simple and delicious!

I like when the customers describe their needs on thumbtack, then a phone call is always a good thing to go more into details and wrap up everything.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It’s been 25 years I’m working in the culinary industry, Im certified plant based and certified executive chef from the American Culinary Federation. Few years ago I’ve been graduated with Certified Health Coach diploma from IIN New-York because I think the food we eat is deeply related with our health.
