- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have flat rate pricing on some services, but most services vary and require free estimates by us with the potential clients. We can also send formal quotes without an onsite assessment but the client would have to provide specific information for each service request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love all of our clients, but we especially love making new clients into repeat clients. The process is easy and the same for everyone. The client tells us about their service needs, and we either email a formal quote or schedule a free onsite assessment. No selling. No obligations. No trip fees. We come to you, for free!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined 10 total years of experience in the plumbing and electrical service industry, with our lead contractor (owner) having a journeyman license in electrical and journeyman license in plumbing. We also have very close relationships with Master plumbers/electricians for consulting if needed.
