Charles is phenomenal. I do a lot of renovations so I work with myriad of different subcontractors and he went above and beyond. He installed a new garage door opener and had to do a lot of problem solving along the way.... highly recommend!

Charles was prompt and told me he would show up same evening to fix the broken lock. He showed up on time all the way from opposite side of town. Gave me a reasonable price and replaced the new lock, knob, bolt and handle on the spot. Even though originally, I wanted it to be serviced during regular business hours next day, Charles showed up after hours same day and resolved the issue for my rental property. I highly recommend his professionalism, punctuality & quality of work. -MO
