I had a great experience in moving with this service. Furniture was wrapped and padded very well and all things cared for. They were punctual, polite and worked hard to make my move a good experience.

5+ stars. Very responsive and professional, with clear communication. High-quality packing job in helping us load our U Haul, but efficient at the same time. They wrapped our furniture and loaded it with care, and did a great job disassembling the furniture that needed it.

100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. My move was quoted at $2970.00. I paid a $1039.00 for a deposit on the 20th June 2022 for moving services. On the 21st, they sent me a list with everything I was going to be moving and while I was boarding my flight, Jeannette Carter from customer service called me and I realized that my wall pictures and a floor lamp were not included on the list. She said that would be an additional $500+ and I was shocked. She asked for authorization to charge the card on file to which I declined. She then said they can give me a discount which will be about $395.00. instead of the $500+ to be added to the $1039.00 I already paid. I then told her, Jeanette Carter that I'll have to call her back after the plane landed because I was getting ready for takeoff. I called back but didn't get an answer. The next morning, 22nd June, still no answer, so I left a message. I then reached out to a local company who had a better offer, so when Jeannette finally called me back a few hours later I told her I wanted to cancel with them. She then said I have to send an email because they don't do verbal cancellations. They then replied to the email I sent and said my deposit is nonrefundable after 72hrs of payment and that they're a broker company and the nonrefundable fee goes to them trying to locate a moving company. I then called this morning and she repeated the same message and said I'm not getting my $1039.00 back. How can you keep $1039.00 for services you never provided? I was still within the 72hrs of cancellation. Like who can I talk to te get my money back? I work too hard for the little that I have and I have a child on the way. This company is an absolute fraud! I need my money back, all of it!

After reviewing your file it appears you booked your reservation and asked to be picked up in 3 days. We apologize that you do not agree with our cancelation policy that we disclosed to you (in writing) prior to placing a reservation with us to move out of state. If you decide you do not want to add the additional items, this is ok, we will happily proceed with your original estimate as agreed. Please contact our Customer Care team to continue your move.

    Our first conversation together is centered around where you are moving and when you are moving. Once we can determine we have an available truck for you, then we kindly ask for you to describe your items and articles you wish to transport across state lines.
