Look, things did not turn out the way I planned. We were originally scheduled to move at the end of August 2017 - then Hurricane Harvey hit. We rescheduled with Graceful Moves and it was no problem. They were very understanding. When the roads became open, they were ready to help, and they showed up right in the middle of their 9am - 10am window. (A rare feat with companies who provide "window" timetables!) They greeted us and made us feel perfectly safe in trusting them with our belongings. They made a plan and jumped to it; packed the entire apartment up in a flash. We drove west, to a neighborhood still kind of feeling the effects of the flood. At the new apartment complex, the elevator was not working. And we were on the fourth floor. And it was summer. At high noon. In Houston. I am still amazed that they didn't just drive off right then and there. But they did it: they moved that entire two-bedroom apartment up three flights of stairs to the fourth floor in sweltering, humid, post-hurricane heat. And almost as fast as they loaded the truck! It was astounding, and they were wonderful the entire time. Would 100%! recommend Graceful Moves to e v e r y o n e.
They did an excellent job on a make ready for one of our rental properties. They were efficient and did an excellent job considering they started with a house covered in construction dust. We will definitely be using them for all of our rental properties.
Sandra did a wonderful job! She got me on her schedule as I needed someone to clean my home quickly for moveout. She was very professional and thorough. She allowed us to walk through after cleaning to see if everything was done to our specifications. She followed up the the next day to make sure nothing else needed to be done. I would highly recommend her service. I have two white cats and after all of my furniture was moved there was quite a bit to be done on my tile and wood floors. Great job! 5 star service!

Maids in Service did a cleaning for me in a home that I am moving into that had a lot of dust and carpet stains. They were very honest and wanted to make sure I knew they might not get out the carpet stains before starting. All the window blinds and fans needed dusting. The team informed me of when they'd be arriving, they brought all their supplies. They worked constantly during the job, and found and started cleaning dirt and dust I hadn't seen. A testament to how good a job they did I paid them more than the quote and it was definitely worth it. Will recommend them in the future.
Kathy was very easy to work with. Straight forward and quick to respond in the setup. Even moved around the time with a regular customer to make my needs work. She did a great job of cleaning our house for a move out, very pleased overall!

My experience with Angel was a great one. There were a few problem areas I had that I was not sure if she would be able to take care of but she went above and beyond and was able to take care of all of those areas. My apartment was spotless when she finished. I'll definitely request her again and refer her to others. Make an appointment with Angel, you will not be disappointed.
Ken was awesome. I was actually running late for the appointment and he was patient and waited for me. From the moment I met him he was awesome. He responded right away and provided exactly the service he stated he would provide. He was very efficient, effective and does honest quality work. He arrived on time and was ready to work. We needed someone to handle a cleaning job to get a rental house ready to put on the market. We called Amy to go over what we needed. She stopped what she was doing and got there in 30 mins. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath loft and I always have laundry done with garage swept and moped weekly. The service is what they make it seem. I have been proud customer for 6 months now. I definitely can't complain. And the price is surprisingly reasonable.

For her it's more than just a clean home. It's about giving you the skills to help you to take care if your home and be a more organized. My home was a disaster and Tonia came to assess and didn't run out the door, instead she said could help me. Word of Mouth repaired and replaced carpet in one of our rental houses needed to be made ready for a new tenant. This was shortly after Hurricane Harvey when contractors were hard to find and there were horror stories about disreputable fly by night contractors taking advantage of victims. Even under the tremendous work load and demand, Word of Mouth was responsive and prompt and got the job done quickly. Our new tenant is very pleased with the carpet and the work was done at a very reasonable price. Even though all of the landfills were not accepting any waste disposal at the time due to the storm, they found a way and took care of the disposal. Under the circumstances, in my book, they went above and beyond.
Manuel did an awesome job matching our 1953 brick. He went above and beyond to make sure it was done the right way. Already have plans to hire him again for some patio work. Great price too!
This is was y first experience with the company and the customer service aspect was great. I had a ton of questions regarding exactly what will be cleaned. They were answered and very detailed and she didn’t rush me off the phone. The day of the service came and I was told a start time and the cleaner showed up 44mins late. Being this would be her first time in my home and I meeting her,I or my husband wanted to let her in ourself. She did set us back on our scheduled appt. She did work fast and cleaner everything well. She missed a couple spots. Maybe to ensure she left by a certain time,which should have been extended since she arrived later but ok. I will use again.
