My daughter loves her new locs. The plays basketball and has been from Lewisville, TX to Chicago, IL with her new locs, getting nothing but rave reviews. She will be getting them retwisted for her trip to New Orleans tomorrow and we could not be more happy. They make me want to get my hair loc'ed. Love mobile Locs is the BEST!! About the Locs: Shortly after starting my Locs I relocated to Houston TX & I was introduced to Ms. Mena Love. My Locs at the time were short stiff very dry and hard to manage because of the Bees wax my pervious Loctician used. Mena immediately advised me to stop using the unhealthy productions then gave me instructions on what to use to and how to manage my own Locs rather I came to her or not. Almost a year later my Locs has grown to shoulders length. They are softer and free flowing. My hair is very manageable and I always get compliments on my styles. YES she can style your Locs too.. Well when I first heard of Mena was from a flyer that she had gave me, and at that time I had been trying to find someone consistent to do my hair. My best friend actually went to her first, and I really liked the way she hooked her hair up. After that I made my appointment with her and every since then she has been my stylist. I really like the fact that she is mobile and comes to you, but not only that she's a real down to earth person. Real talk if you looking for someone to do your hair then you are in the right place and you should definitely pass the word on.

The advice I have for a customer looking to hire a provider like me is to just go with your first mind in choosing a loctician. You do not have to be certified as a loctician, so make sure the person you choose has good energy and believes in continuing education to keep up to date with styles and different techniques. Also, choosing someone with a unique background may ensure you've found someone that can relate to everyone from all walks of life.
