- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients can receive 15% off massage for every friend they refer. I price my massage based on my skill level and quality. I do not try to cut my prices to receive a client. I price my services honestly and I stand by my work. I do however send out a newsletter with discounts that can be applied to services and shared with friends.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client it is crucial for me to get to know the reason why he/she wants a massage. By know the reason for our session, I can create a custom-tailored massage plan that will directly benefit my client. I will also provide a health history form to be filled out by the client to inform me of any contraindications they may have. Also, I will find out the clients comfort level with receiving massage as I want to assure he/she is as comfortable as possible during our sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at Cortiva Institute of Chicago, a 750 hour training program. Cortiva is one if the best massage schools in the U.S. I am also a licensed massage instructor. I train student the proper way to render quality professional massages,
