FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are among the most affordable a client can find anywhere. I don't believe in nickel and diming my clients for for every little thing they ask for. If a client wants to be stretched I simply add it into their session. If they need an extra 5 minutes on their neck because it's really tight, I just include it. I also discount rates for clients and companies who opt to schedule individual and group sessions frequently. I see great value in building strong relationships with my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually arrive to a business or client's house about 10-15 minutes before the appointment start time so that I can setup my equipment. I have my clients to fill out a form for me indicating what areas they'd like me to focus on, what type of pressure they need, and what areas they'd like me to avoid. I also go over the clients medical history to make sure there are no contraindications for massage. Finally, after the client is draped on the table, I begin the session. Since chair massage clients don't need to undress I just quickly consult with them regarding their focus areas before I begin the massage.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been practicing Holistic massage for 7 years. I graduated from the Phoenix School of Massage in Houston Texas. My modalities include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Chair massage, Pre-natal/Post-natal, and Sports massage. I am certified with the NCBTMB to stretch clients safely within my massage practice. I have training in Ear, Hand, and Foot Reflexology as well as Hot Stone application. Every year I complete hours of continuing education through in-person workshops and online resources for learning purposes and to maintain my license.
