They were awesome from the very beginning. The food tasting at my home their responsiveness via email and text and they built the menu for my needs, something they had never done before. i had close to 50 guests and they were all fed in the first hour no waiting and everyone i mean everyone had nothing but great things to say about the food. ppl are still talking about the food a week later. i completely recommend them for anyone in need of a food truck for an event.

Ches Latin Fusion was a pleasure to work with, Silvia and her group were amazing. I planned this very late and Silvia really worked with me on making it work even if that meant driving an hour from their other engagement to mine to make it happen. Not only was the service great but the food was delicious. I highly recommend them for your next function.
