The movers were quick and somewhat efficient, but possibly doe to a language barrier, I ended up moving 3 truck loads of items alone. Overall I am satisfied with Betton Moving Co. There were some things done very well and some not so well. Their Time Management could be better, stretching a 2 to 2.5 hour job into over 4. I think that better team leadership would improve that. The other problem was the language barrier. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes we have standard hourly rates for 2 and 3 man crews. In some cases, we offer flat rates, we also do on site estimates and offer close estimates on those moves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We ask for location information on the phone, zip codes etc. and get an idea of what they have and the date(s) of their move. We then give the estimate and if necessary go out to the home for a preliminary view. On completion of the move, we accept cash, check or credit card.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My degree in Engineering and my staffing of office members with Business degrees enables us to create a company with long lasting themes of professionalism and impeccable customer service.
