- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are: $75/hr for two movers $115/hr for three movers, $150/hr for four movers and $175/hr for five movers and lastly $220/hr for 6 movers. Our trip charge differs according to distance but mostly we charge a $60- $150trip charge for all in HOUSTON and it’s surrounding suburbs. Our price is constant regardless of the nature of the job. Whether it is flight of stairs involved or elevator. Our quotes stays the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is a very easy process to our new customers and repeating customers; That we initially want to know location of pick up and drop off, what size home/apartment you have, how many men your wanting, if your wanting pack and move or just move. Each customer needs are different hence we design what fits best individually. Last but not least We reach an agreement and we schedule customer in for the date and time preferred. Finally The client is required to sign our work contract right before we begin the job.

Professionally running a moving business, and education and training is a very important part of what we do every day. Including our 10 years of experience in the moving/packing/delivery industry. We love what we do, and have great passion for it. Every manager posses a business degree. And every employee undergoes intensive educational training in customer service and equipment handling. We operate in the fashion to ensure our customers are 100 percent satisfied.
