- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have 2-5 man crews and we don't have a 2, 3 or 4 hour minimum. We charge by the hour but after the first hour we PRORATE it every 15 minutes so you get charge for exact time. Our company will provide you with a box covered truck or enclosed trailer 24-footer or BIGGER. We will provide you with pads and dollies and all of the tools necessary to disassemble and reassemble if that a requirement as well as the well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st. Get to know our client and their needs for service. 2nd. Gather all information such as where are they moving from and to, full inventory list and any other important details. 3rd. Send a proposal through email, which is require by state law 4th. Follow up until the clients move date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 100 years of generational knowledge of the moving industry. I started working with a company at the age of 12 for almost 20 years that started in the late 1800's. I was able to retained all of that knowledge and use it to structure the performance of our movers within our company.
