- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is two parts to my fees: all of the décor items plus my fee. My fee includes a site visit, design of event, 4 hours of set up time and breakdown of event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask them for examples of what they are looking for in décor. I will then pinpoint exactly what they need and then provide a rough estimate of what it will cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an IWed Accredited Event Designer and also an IWed Event Lighting Designer.
