- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In order to offer full value to my customers, I try to stay current on industry trends and knowledge of nutrition. Therefore , I read books on nutrition, I have subscriptions to industry specific magazines and use the internet for research topics, as well .
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After working as an engineer for few years I was not getting a feeling of self fulfillment. Growing up with a mother who was a wonderful cook, my passion for cooking and food , seemed natural and exciting. And so it started....
